SUNRISE METAL COATING LLC ( SRMC ) is a private company owned by the Rezaei family that is slowly but surely making a name for itself in the coil coating industry throughout the Middle East. Headed by its visionary and ambitious chairman, Mr. Samad Rezaei, the mission of the company is to produce and supply high quality pre-painted coils to its customers at competitive prices and on schedule. The company’s foremost objective is “customer satisfaction”. It strives to achieve this through providing a lasting and durable product utilizing the latest technology available.
Moreover, the company only out-sources its raw materials from the most reliable and reputable suppliers across the globe. This is so SUNRISE METAL COATING LLC is able to guarantee its finished product is invariably of the highest possible quality. Like other respected coil coating lines, it follows the standards set by the ASTM, ECCA/NCCA, EN and JIS. The company is currently working its way towards ISO 9001 certification.
Strategically located at the Dubai Investment Park in the Jebel Ali area, Dubai, SUNRISE METAL COATING LLC has the fastest coil coating line in the U.A.E. It has a maximum speed of 50 m/min which gives it the clear advantage of providing large volume orders to customers in accordance with tight deadlines. A plan to put up a galvanizing line in the near future will further boost the company’s competitiveness by controlling the cost of production, reducing wastage, increasing flexibility on product ranges, as well as assuring customers of only the highest quality products.
